At KUGOO, we stand behind the quality of our electric scooters and aim to ensure your total satisfaction with every ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the scooter is in its original condition and packed securely in the original box, including all accessories, manuals, and the charger.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
